Brian Shanahan Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 Unless the code has been changed you will need about £300m in the bank and lots of luck (figures from FM09) to build a decent sized premiership stadium. It will cost minimum £200m and your current aspirant attendance average has to be over the current capacity of your stadium (gotten via FMRTE). Then you'll have to sacrifice many virgins to the gods in order to convince the board that the extra 25k fans a week in the new stadium will make money. You should get it within a few seasons of them giving you the council rejected planning permission message, providing you have a good amount of cash.
