samb324234
I would have assumed it to be much much more, and am a bit disappointed as I had planned to spend a lot more! This is after I adjusted it to say I was gonna win the league.
SCIAG
Because they've already spent about £100m this summer?
Abaka
Plus if you probably do use the whole budget, there is a good chance the chairman would pump more money back into the club. But, that amount is probably too generous considering the fact they did spend over 100m this summer
baker.simon
Because they've already spent about £100m this summer? You took the words right out of my mouth!
brambleten
£79M may not seem a lot for City, but taking into account the amount they have already spent, its pretty reasonable. I've found that spreading all payments on everyone over 48 months allows you to spend a hell of a lot more. i went for european qualification and ended up splashing £152M from a £55M budget with another £15M on players coming in the summer, and i still had cash left over
samb324234
Can you confirm that the chairman will give more money, Abaka? I'd rather know for sure then find out that I'm not gonna get any more cash!

brambleten
Into the transfer budget, or into the clubs balance? into the budget, due to an improvement in the finances (due to them pumping more money in)

jk54321
The new owners have spent about £200M and have said in real life that they will not be pumping the same amount of money in again. £79M is probably generous, I think a lot of their spending is over now for the time being
