auberius Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 I'm playing a game as Gloucester City and in 2010-11 we got swopped from BSN to BSS, where one of the teams promoted in was Merthyr Tydfil who, with no players in the database, had a squad made up of newgen players of various ages. In 2010-11 they bought five new players and had two short-term loans, with which they were somehow able to win the division by fourteen points (from my City team who won the play-offs, thankfully!) Now in 2011-12 with another four signings but with a number of the newgens still in the first team, they've just gone six points clear at the top at the end of November.] Has anyone seen a team with such a low reputation, starting with essentially fake players, progress so well so quickly?
