jlawlor91 Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 I'm managing England U21, and was just wondering if i'd be able to play the players I had for the qualifiers that are too old for the start of the tournament?? brod104 Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 If I remember the rules correctly, as long as they're 21 or under at the start of the season in which the qualifying campaign started, then they can play in the finals (hence James Milner playing in this year's finals despite being 23).
