They always ask you for a freindly and the reason everyone always beats them is because there players are rubbish.

In reality most of the players go to Level 7 or 8 clubs. Paul Harrison who is in the squad came to Halifax, and had a few good games. Set up the winner vs Droylsden in the FA cup, but was garbage for the rest. Left the club to Harrogate Railway

i beat them 2 seasons running with weymouth. both games i was like 4/1 to win and the game said after that it was a shock result. from what u lot are saying is tho i shud b beating them??

For most good sides it's a waste of time since their players won't be good enough. For most really low league sides they won't want to come since your reputation is too low compared to who they were rejected by. But there's a raft of middling sides who could benefit.

willy topp is still in the game. signed him for my bristol city in first season. now gone from my squad due to getting a takeover and sugadaddy bankrolling me.

I always accept the challenge from them, they usually challenge my reserve team, so I figure it's good practice for them, even though the GH Academy is pretty poor and gets beaten all the time.

None of the players are of any particular use. Like everyone else said, they have had one or two players that can do a job in league football, but the rest are a lower standard.

I beat them 7-1 with kettering first season. The bookies had me down for a defeat, I don't know why, they are hopeless. The fans were delighted.

I also signed Willy Topp on a free for Notts County and 6 seasons later in the PL he is still getting amongst the goals!! Still no call up from Chile or Germany though which is dissapointing.
