stonegate Posted December 20, 2009 Share Posted December 20, 2009 Just signed what looked like a great coach 17 att, 17 def, other values quit good but he only has 3 stars max. Wouldn't it be useful if you could get references of some sort. I.e. If they are newly qualified " john has passed his FIFA A coaching with flying colours. He majored in attacking coaching" or if they are at another club " John has been gaining a reputation for defensive coaching" At the moment you do have the recomendation of your current staff but thats pretty poor espesically if your staff are at the low end of talent (non league etc.) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

shakeable Posted December 20, 2009 Share Posted December 20, 2009 When looking at coaches always have the mental attributes determination, level of discipline and motivation in mind as well as any coaching attributes you may need. That should get you good coaches. If you don't want to use any outside help in your game. Otherwise do a few searches on the forums here and you are bound to come across some formula, excel sheet or something that will help you calculate the star rating of a coach.
