If this can not be addressed, at least there should be a transfer decline response like: "the team expects to receive the amount they paid for the player" or "the team expects to receive more than the amount they paid for the player". When you refuse an offer, from within the offer screen, not from the news screen, you get a list of options to comment on. I thought that the ones you have mentioned were already present.
