sportsfanmike Posted December 18, 2009 Share Posted December 18, 2009 I checked my confidence for my Panathinaikos save that I have going, and found out that the board status is very poor when it comes to team harmony. Apparently the board is worried that there seems to be a lack of harmony amongst the team and it could cause problems in the locker room. Part of the problem probably is I'm using this save as more of a "vacation" save, where I go on vacation every week and let the computer AI run everything. I'm sureently in the process of playing through another career save, and I don't have time to play through both. THat being said, what are some other reasons that I might have this lack of squad harmony issue, and how could it be fixed? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Check all your players for any reasons they may be unhappy (lack of first team football, wants a new contract etc), solve these problems and it should be ok.
