Mystere1666 Posted December 18, 2009 Share Posted December 18, 2009 Limited should be a player who is not really good for anything else but plain defending. Low passing, creativity and so on. I normally use the cover role if the guy is very quick and ballplaying if he is actually a good creative passer as well (Vermealen for instance). Classic pair-up in my eyes would be one strong (possibly limited but not always) sit on the ball type, playing short simple passes and doing very little besides winning the ball and one quicker or more creative player next to him to bring it out of defence or cover the holes fast if needed. There are multiple choices possible with this, ballplaying (defence) next to defender (cover) or limited (defence) next to a quicker defender (cover)... I guess main thing is to look at the highhlighted attributes when selecting different roles and see what suits your players best, normally you would not really use two of the same type next to eachother but 2x defender (defence) should work anyway too.
