Can't score goals

I downloaded the new patch and I can't seem to win games more than 1-0 anymore, im second in the table 11 games in with 10 goals scored and 1 goal conceded. Anyone else got this problem?

I'm struggling scoring from open play. I've scored from corners (twice last match actualy) and free kicks, but very few open play goals.

That may however be down to tough opponents, loads of new players and experiments with tactics

My wingers are scoring, but my striker is not really getting the chances. But when they do get the few odd chances, they all hit the woodwork

so far i have noticed that its much harder to score. yet, this patch strikes me as a step forward in realism.

the concern i have is not the low scoring games but WHY they are low scoring - which is due to supergoalies who are saving my strikers impossible shots when he shoots a powerful strike from 2 meters from the goal and the crap keeper saves it.

i can understand such a feat once or maybe twice in a game if the keeper is exceptional or what not, but not 4 or 5 times from a crappy one.

my suspicion is that instead of fixing the defense, SI has rightfully fixed the longshot bug but wrongfully buffed the keepers.

not every thing on the patch and ME the mentality of the player or ur striker and his Physical side should effect on his performance

There are many cases where the keepers seem to make impossible saves, but I discovered that most of the shots actually just go straight to the keeper.

It's not entirely the keeper issue. It could have something to do with the 1 on 1 shot issue.

i kinder had the problem too, cant score enough especially my strikers, but for some reason mid season my strikers click and started scoring, trying playing both ur strikers and deep lying forward, thats what i did with berbatov AND ROONEY lol, rooney scoring non stop now
