Why VIEW ONLY?

Doe the option to start a league View Only (for example Italy if I'm managing in England) load all players + you can see the results, but cannot manager a club. Does it make the game faster or what?

To an extent yes.

For example, I'm running England (to BSS/N), Spain (to Segunda B), and Italy (to Serie C) on lagre database.

With All 3 countries as playable it loads approx. 25000 players.

With Just England playable and Spain and Italy as view only it loads approx. 13000 players.

So view only loads far less data.

It simulates the league in the same way as a playable league (so you get match results, league tables, player ratings etc), but it doesn't load any additional players for that league, which cuts down on the processing time significantly.

It also means if you lend a player to a team in that league they get better development/exposure. I always have Belgium's leagues loaded in case I need to send a player out for a work permit.
