Via Steam it can be found here: C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Football Manager 2009\Tools\ Normal Install it is: C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\Tools\ Let me know how you get on, thanks. Spent ages looking for it without thinking of the tools folder, just finally decided to bite the bullet and look a bit daft for a few minutes lol.
