An Improvement Idea

I think it will be good if you made the AI managers to actively use the tutoring system.

I see heaps of promising players who has the 'similar to that older player' description but the AI managers never pick up on these things. The growth of those young players would be much better if they picked up on this and utilised the appropriate experienced player to teach the youngsters.

They would never get their determination up by any other way, so I think it's pretty important.

It happens sometimes, but the AI doesn't use it nearly as much as they should.

This already happens in game, just maybe not always.
