Building a New Stadium

I am playing Ortodox jaffa (Israeli leagues add-on), which has no stadium at all.
I wanted to know, since I play this game for only 2 weeks and I am a nooby, how can I build a new stadium for my team?
I cant expand, since I've got no stadium.

You can't choose to make one, you'll have to wait for the board to decide to build one.

Success and good finances is the key. Ask the board, they will give an opinion. Give an ultimatum and they'll sack you though...

I've got no idea where they play their games... I took it as a challenge, the worse team in the lowest division...
and how long it usually takes?

Success will improve finances. If its the worst team then you have a challenge but then thats what you wanted?

Just wanned to know if there is an option to build a stadium on mah own :P

The club will sometimes do this off its own back and also will respond to a board request from you if it has plenty of money. I'd guess it will take a while for you to build some success and finances from a fair few seasons
