Alam7
Hi, Every time I choose one league the Performance and Game Speed stars only ever go to 0.5 on a large database. If I change the player database size to small, the game speed moves up to 1.5 stars. The game itself is running slow (loading up the game or when clicking continue). I am using a Dell XPS system. 2GB Ram. Intel Centrino processor chip, and plenty of space on my hard-drive. Does anybody know what may be causing this? Many thanks. Grecian_03
Most likely the Centrino chip. Extra RAM helps too.
MrPompey
2gb ram is low, add another 1gb
rinso
Its more than likely the processor tbh. What speed is it?
MrPompey
a combination. Increased db size requires more memory and cpu. On these pc stats a small db is recommended with a low number of active leagues e.g prem to league to in England
nine_iron
These threads come up a lot, some people seem to use them just to show off their current gaming rig, no names mentioned but my i7 with 6Gb of ram only gets that low when i get above 60000 players loaded, even then the game still seems to run pretty ok. I have had nearly 40 leagues loaded recently and it was fine!
