Terra21
Anyone got any advice on how to get rid of this? I signed Mihael Kovacevic from Dundee Utd for Rangers, he had a bad match a couple months into the season (rating of 4.5), I said in the press i wasn't happy and gave him a warning about his poor performance. Now he's all ****ed off. Anything I can do? Would praise his recent form but that 4.5 bring his average down a bit Thanks, would hate to lose him, skint enough as it is. RawrrrFace16
Like the above poster said, keep playing him in the side and praise (when necessary). He should soon come around and be happy with the team.
headhunter_uni23
Use the reserve team and give your player a couple of games with no pressure, your AssMan will praise him if he's doing well and get a player full of confidence instead of a player about to suicide himself. TheRiddler
also maybe in future don't be so harsh on a new player to the club. would you like it if after joining a new company your manager berated you for making mistakes, maybe due to the fact that the policies and procedures (tactics and formations) hadn't been explained properly?
