dinostar77
Here's the scenario, you've been playing FM for far too long into the evening, and you have work/college/uni tomorrow. Now you want to find yourself a striker and you end up going to bed thinking of the possibilities (sad, yes i know). However you can't do anything about it until you're back from work/college/uni. WRONG. Now what if there was a way you could upload your database or shortlist to an online server (hosted by Sports Interactive, for a monthly fee, after all they have to make money as well). So in your lunch break you could login to the site, retrieve your database file/shortlist and search for the said players (obviously you couldn't do any matches or anything, just search players and shortlist them for yourself or your scouts to check out). Then when you go home, switch on FM, have it check the online database (see if you made any changes) and then upload those changes into your laptop/desktop pc FM database). You could stretch the idea to Tactics (creating new ones or modifying exsiting ones), training schedules (once FM chaps have given us one that we all really want). So no more waiting until you got home. You could in theory (tech/demand and cost permitting) have a simplified version of this accessible on the iphone for example. Any thoughts? phnompenhandy
Here's a better scenario - quit your job and get all those FM distractions out of the way. [Link to FMaholic thread ...]
