NepentheZ Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 - Set training yourself. - Handle Team Talks. - Arrange, and play friendlies yourself. - Renew contracts for all teams, (First, Reserves and U-18's) and then to the very extreme, control the Reserve and Youth teams.
