fyl2u Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 I tend to find a spell in the reserves can give some players the kick up the backside they need to perform. With others, they may be jealous that a teammate of a similar standard is being paid more money than them, or be wanting a longer contract, or don't get along with certain other teammate(s), or are being played too much or not enough... the list is almost endless.
