I ended up loosing 3 of them because they didn't accept my offer of a contract. But I notice also, that ai teams take other ai teams staff alot as well. Do staff really get poached this much? Redford Posted December 13, 2009 Share Posted December 13, 2009 This seems a bit over the top this year. 3 of my staff at Arsenal who I'd just given nice, juicy new contracts to have been tapped up by Stoke, Villa and Pompey respectively and I've had to get them ANOTHER new deal within three months of the first one, just to get them to stay. It's not normal for staff to move for money or to want to go to a bigger club. I don't believe the rewards are there. If your a player then moving for money or to a bigger club may make sense in terms of cups and prestige. The same for a manager.
