F.C Panathinaikos
Hi there I just bought an electronic copy of the game. Downloaded it and all ready to play. However I have also downloaded some graphics, match kits, logos etc Where would I place these? I was thinking under C:/MyDocuments/sportsinteractice/fm2010/db? Hershie
In Documents/My Documents (*depends on your OS) they should be in Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics\
F.C Panathinaikos
Im confused There was no graphics folder there, so I made one up. I placed them there but it did not work Some files are called, Megapack2.1, Superleague, etc Do I have to rename them? If so, that would take me ages Im really confused and frustrated
Hershie
So long as the folders are there (I assume they're from fansites and have proper XML files within) then the graphics should work. Make sure you go into Preferences (in game), and go to display and untick 'Use Skin Cache' and tick 'Reload on Confirm' and then confirm.
F.C Panathinaikos
Man i just ticked and unticked as you said and now i cant even see the nations flags when I go to choose which leagues to run What have you done lol
Hershie
That's.. unusual. That would suggest you've attempted to replace the existing flags. Perhaps there's an issue with the XML and the relevent graphics not being in the same folder, or errors in the XML. Anyone else care to help?
F.C Panathinaikos
YEP I just deleted all the graphics and the flags are back However How can I place all my Premier league logos, kits etc The folders have weird names example, Face Megapack etc I tried just pasting them in the graphics folder and that didn't work I am stuck
Hershie
Are there any subfolders within these? Do they come with a readme or is there any information on the site you downloaded them from?
F.C Panathinaikos
Yes some have subfolders. Example the megapack logos. It then comes with logos, then Normal small etc Do I simply place the 'main' folder in the graphics folder ??
eddymunster
Basic 1, try uninstall graphics pack & delete, re-download and re-install.
Hershie
I'd try copying the contents of the folder (ie. the subfolders) into the graphics folder. Then go into display and press confirm again to reload the cache. If this doesn't work, I really don't know what the problem is. Sorry
