If this doesn't get you out of danger, then the administrators may decide to terminate the contracts of players to cut your costs. You cant decide yourself to go into administration. If you do then you'll probably have to sell some of your players especially the big earners. I really dont think that 40m is all that much though especially if your in or near to a big league as this money can quickly be made back with tv money and success.
