i have created a folder called psp then in that foler created another called common and in that folder created a folder called fmh2010 and then created the last folder called changes.txt then lastly put the notepad of changes in there called changes is this right as its not working propley please help

you dont need the folder changes.txt the notepad changes needs to be called changes and put in your fmh2010 folder
