Scouting Brazil as an Indian Club

I'm currently managing JCT in India, and whilst looking at the scouting options in 'Board Room' it said that the "board are prepared to allow the scouting of players in Brazil."

So, I went on some Brazilian domestic clubs and tried to get a scout report; however, the option was not available. Is there a reason for this? I have loaded all the Brazilian leagues, my scouts have some knowledge of Brazil, yet I cannot scout any players there. Any solutions/ideas?

Are you trying to scout the club? or specific players?

You can't scout clubs anymore.

Try setting the scout to scout Brazil as a country through the scouting assignments page.

I'm having a similar problem playing as a Portuguese second division side.

The board have said that I'm allowed to scout Central Europe and in addition, Argentina and Brazil.

However when I have no option to scout Brazil as a destination or scout Brazil based players.

It's because your clubs rep isn't big enough and your board won't sanction sending scouts to far away places yet. You will probably find it's the same with friendlys they won't allow you to play in certain countries due to the costs

No you've misread it. The board are saying I am able to scout Argentina and Brazil.

Bug iirc. Pretty sure I read this in one of the CSE threads.

He may not find players who are willing to play for your club. Had a similar problem managing in China. Try looking at the clubs yourself and selecting suitable players.
