Coach- Depends On What You Want Them To Coach At. Scouts- Judging player ability,Judging player potential,Determination and Adapability. Physio- Physiotherapy and Determination. Coaches should always have good Determination, Level of Discipline and Motivating, but as berkshirevilla said, anything else depends on what you want them to coach.
