player learning/tutoring

hi, how do i do this in the game, where is the option? ta

Player interaction.

- Enter the profile of the player you want tutored.

- Go to the 'Interaction' drop-down menu.

- Select 'Comment On Player'.

- There should be an section called 'Learn From Player'. From here, select an option (for how closely you want the player and his tutor to work together), and select which player should tutor him in the selection box at the bottom of the window.

- Press 'Confirm'.

Remember, not all players can be tutored. Only young players and those with suitable tutors in the squad will have the option.
