Your Method Of Scouting

So how do you go about getting your scouts to find you the next superstars? For myself I assign each scout to the playable leagues in my game. Then just randomly select areas.

I usually send them to random areas keeping one in in whichever region i happen to be managing in. But if I can scout the world i send them all except the uk one to scout the world. Oh and I also scout all of the reserve and Under 18 competitions that I can
