Can't list or buy players

This is a rewording of someone eles's problem as I have the same problem. It was suggested that shutdown and reload will fix it. For me, it hasn't:

I can't transfer list players, when i change their status and press confirm nothing changes. This is the same for squad status. Also I've been trying to bring in players on the free transfer list, I offer a contract and then hear nothing back, no rejection no acceptance nothing. These two faults are really ruining the game for me, has anyone else experienced the same or have any suggestions?
