rich_m
Hi, So far, the feeling seems to be that signing-on fees are more important in FM10 than in previous editions, that is, it seems, except for staff who never seem to request a signing-on fee. Has anyone had a member of staff request a signing-on fee? Basically, I've offered a contract to a free agent Assistant Manager. However, another club has now come in for him so I want to up my offer. The maximum wages I can offer him has now in fact gone slightly down due to my expenditure. Is the game sensible enough for a slightly lower wage + big signing-on fee to be more attractive a proposition for a member of staff than a slightly higher wage + £0 signing-on fee? kieronbrown73
IRL i would accept your offer, not sure the gameworld would see it that way. Would it not just calculate the weekly salary and conclude that the higher weekly offer is the better deal?
