Message Suggestions

Would it be possible to setup FM to mark messages that have certain keywords. I am not talking about filtering, rather using a different font for keywords you select and that way the messages will be marked as they come in. The main reason for this is that I have players where I reject all offers automatically, so I ignore bids for them. But my chairman decided that the offer was too good to refuse, so I missed that message and lost a very good player, that wouldn't have left if I would have offered him a new contract... Anything that can be done?
