wardog
Ok i'm usually ok at negotiations with the AI on FM but this jst baffles me. July - I pay £25M for a centre back, a little pricey but i needed a good one. Throught the season he plays well but value falls to £18M on the basis of league reputation. Jan - Real Madrid off £14M for the player, £4M under value and £11M less than what i paid just 6 months before never mind what ive paid on wages. I i counter and say £26.5 (enough to break even and get a replacement) Guess what its too much to pay. Well why offer, SI yes you have improved with negotations but surley common to hell the AI should take stuff like this into serious consideration. Elmo
This regularly happens and I ind it awful. I buy a player, AI bids undervalue and he gets upset, lowering his prospective resale value even more. Its horrible.
Geordieboy52
Instead of asking for all the cash upfront, ask for installments. They will be more likely to pay that. You can offer him out at a ridiculously high price as well and see what happens. I offered Subotovic out for something like £60 million and I got loan offers till the end of season (this is in January) or £15 million with no final fee involved. Worst case scenario, a team puts a bid in for him and you sell him - best case, he returns and the whole process begins again.
