trekman
How does one set the main assistant manager without firing the current main and hoping that the one you want gets appointed? Im almost 100% certain that you cant do this unless you first fire your current assistant and then aproach the person you want with a job offer. TheUnderdog
You can approach another assistant manager but you'll have to fire your existing one before you can appoint your new one.
dave27
the only way you can do this is offering your current assistant a new contract as a coach wait till it's accepted then approach your new assistant manager

stevedaytona
You can approach another assistant manager but you'll have to fire your existing one before you can appoint your new one. This isn't true for every team. Some teams can have multiple assistant managers. No idea if you can change the top guy though.
