Which clubs move into new stadiums?

Just wondered which clubs move into new stadiums. I'm in fifth season with Ajax and have £120 million in the bank but pretty sure I won't move grounds even though Amsterdam ArenA isn't owned by Ajax and it sells out every week! Thinking of starting a new game but only with a team who will build a new stadium.

I think it is a random event unless it is due to happen IRL.

If you want a new stadium for sure, go into the editor, edit in a future stadium expansion/build, and start a new game with the edited team.

Zenit move into the 62000 seater Gazprom Arena in June 2010 in game.CSKA also move stadium but to a smaller 35000 seater i think.

In my game Man City are moving to a brand new stadium in 2018 even though the C.O.M stadium is less that 15(ish) years old!

I simmed 30 seasons &:

Chelsea moved to the Zola Arena

Arsenal moved to the Arsenal Stadium

Aston Villa moved to the Villa Stadium

& Man City moved from the City of Manchester Stadium to the Manchester City Stadium (?)

The last 3 are pretty rubbish but I thought Chelsea moving to the Zola Arena was cool

In my game Chelsea have also moved; to Zola Park this time.

And Man City have moved too: Power Park is their new ground.

Well hopefully my Ajax will move on my save, although I doubt this very much.

Igea Virtus will move to a new stadium if you get promoted to the serie A.

Well i once had the ArenA expanded to 68k in a 2009 game of mine.... so it is possible that they (the owners) expand it.... quite rare though

AA Gent will move into Arteveldestadion, 20000 stadium

In FM09 Leverkusen moved to a new stadium named after me around 2013/2014. Can't remember exactly.

Valencia will move to 75000-seaters Nuevo Mestalla in July 2010.

Possibly because, as is happening in real life, they are facing financial difficulty, and therefore cannot complete the stadium?

I'd say it's when it is being used. Only a guess, but I'll assume you haven't used that stadium straight away, as the fixtures at the start of the season would have indicated your old stadium.

Lille are due to move to a 50k seater stadium in a couple of years. Much better than the temporary 18k one...

They might be playing there despite it only being partially completed?

Athletic Bilbao move to the Nuevo San Mames I think it is called after a couple of game years.

Standard Liege I believe also move stadiums, but I'm not 100% certain. I found it funny because they rent their current stadium for £1 per year according to the info tab

That is because it is the name of Hull's stadium when the game starts.

Hull play at the Circle becasue using the real name (KC stadium) would probably need a licence to be used or something to do with advertising.
