Database: load all current national team players

I think about starting a new savegame with this option for all continents, so all current national teams will be in the game. I thought that I could substitute my 'retain player'-file this way.

Now I wonder whether this will retain (national) players for each country in the long run because the U19/U21 teams are all filled with greyed out players.

Note: My retain player file loads 60,000 players whereas this option 'only' loads 15,000 players.
