Season 1 there are a few decent loan players to sign for my Bordeaux mob, but their clubs want 2, 3 million for a one season loan. It just feels so wrong I cant bring myself to do it. Anyone else embargoed themselves from pay to loan? Bordeaux are a great team, Gourcouff and Chamakh are fantastic, but the transfer budget is so meagre I just cant get them to compete against Lyon (Marseille dont seem to be much better off either). Shame, but its more challenging to work with a team who are always expected to win the league on a shoestring budget. How do Sertic and Saviet develop over time for you lot? I have them benched with super sub appearences every now and then (Wendel and my new boy Santana are too good at the moment to risk benching them), but Man U are interested in both, cant see it being too long before they go.
