having problems with fm10

Hey guys, first of all when i first got the game I started playing and everytime it got into a game my computer would change to a blue screen saying an error had occured and my computer would restart. Somehow this stopped and now when I play a game, the 3-D mode works fairly slow, slower than it did when I played fm09.

Im a huge fan of the game, and would love to hear if anyone is having the same problem and/or knows how to fix it. I really want to start playing asap.

I am tempted to call up the fm hotmail, but i hear its fairly expensive
