Mattyboy89
Hi, I was just wondering how long you give a player to settle in to the team and the league. Obviously if a player speaks the language and has played in the same league already then they tend to settle in quite well.. But players like Veloso and Vargas (for my Man City) team, they don't speak English (yet) and they haven't played in the premier league before. Should I try and play them as much as I can or keep them rotating with some of my players I already have?

Latimerinho
Keep playing them - it helps them settle better when you have compatriots or players who speak the same language(s). For younger players who may not be first team players, I tend to let them go out on loan for experience and to help them settle in the country better by playing regularly elsewhere. Sometimes if a player has already stated they're unsettled and are considering their options, I'll look to loan them to a country where they speak the language / have played in before.
