mertle Posted November 30, 2009 Share Posted November 30, 2009 When you give amatuer contracts you dont give length they are on going until either player or club no longer wants to stay or keep him. However when giving out amatuer deals the game assumes they part time/full time. You get the CTR green out of contract symbol Whats more the game tells you X player out of contract in six months etc. The game not understanding amatuer contracts. Amateurs don't have contracts as such, just an agreement to play for the club, sometimes in return for expenses being paid. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
rinso Posted December 1, 2009 Share Posted December 1, 2009 I think it's because players on amateur contracts can be poached by other clubs at any time, in much the same way as a player who's contract is expiring.
