dking
Im wondering why i cant put some youth team players (17 and below) on to youth training schedules, i only seem to have the option to put them on the adult training schedules. For example, i just signed a 16 year old striker and i can only put him on the adult schedule, surely this wil be too much for him?

I don't know about for other countries as I generally only play in England. For England, once a player signs a pro-contract (earliest is at 17) then he switches from youth schedules to full training. But if you don't offer a youth player a full-time contract he can keep training a youth schedules past 17.

Thats a bit annoying then as good youngsters will rarely leave there clubs unless you offer them pro-contracts.

Why would u want to keep youngsters at youth training? I always try to upgrade them to full training as soon as possible.

I think it only allows players on youth contracts to receive youth training schedules. Once they sign part/full time deals they go straight into the 'adult' (not porn) training schedules. aadam
Why would u want to keep youngsters at youth training? I always try to upgrade them to full training as soon as possible. It's a strange thing, but I think sometimes youth schedules could be more effective. At my team, I have more training workload to spend when making youth schedules than part-time schedules. I mean, the sliders can be draged much further to the right.

You keep kids on youth training as full training will be way to much for them physically, they will get injured and become unhappy with the training schedule, hence why there is adult and youth training. Yes but u can lower sliders in full training for kids, make a regime for them. U have that control and can make a compromise and... U know what I am saying. There are youngsters that can take full regime, u know.

I have two different set ups, a youth training regime, and an adult training regime. Sometimes i will make an individual set up, but im not going to do that for each individual youth player, which is why i have a youth training regime.
