Everything is exactly the same, except for the minimum wage allowed. So what's the point of part-time contracts? The best thing to do is actually to sign all your players in lower-leagues to full-time contracts so that they can train more and you don't even have to pay more. I think some players shouldn't be even willing to sign a full-time contract because they feel need to work at something else too in order to earn their livings (especially rotation players with lower wages).
