Loading problem!

Hello guys,

This is my first post as up untill today, ive never once had a problem with any of the previous fm games.

BUT

tonight when i went to load the game up, a error sign came up saying

"Steam.exe (main execption): CMultiFieldBlob(pSerialized): Partial field header at end of record"

could someone PLEASE tell me what i should do if they have encounterd the same problem,
