Had Sir Alex Ferguson retire in my second season, Javier Agueirre (sp?) followed him only to be showed the door one season later. They then appointed Tony Mowbray in the third season. Really????

Carlo Ancelotti left Chelsea for a second spell at the helm of the Italian national team in the second season. They then proceeded to hire Walter Smith from Rangers.

Can the AI not choose a manager that would fit the profile of these clubs?

Weirdly enough, Aguirre is Manager of United for me in my Man City game.

Sir Alex retired end of second and Aguirre took over, That is how you spell his name btw.

a person i know posed the thought that the AI decides who a good manager is based on the percentage of wins compared to games played, rather than whether they are actually any good or managed in a good league.

dont know if thats true or not.

Walter Smith moving to Chelsea suprises me. Hes a Rangers man through and thorugh. Although in Scottish terms, he is the most sucessful domestic manager only rivaled by Ferguson's mentor Jock Stien.

Also he managed a second rate Scotland side and made us look good. I see this as an insult to the man saying hes not good enough.
