Let's be fair it is happening quite a bit now; not in the top division, but if you look at the Championship and below there are any number of managers that started in their 30's - Keane, Magilton, Eddie Howe, Paul Trollope and Owen Coyle to name but a few.

If they have their coaching badges then they're qualified so will be employed. There age doesn't really come into it. I don't know about all your examples above but Keane might have still been playing if he didn't have to retire due to injury.
