Hi,
Im currently playing as city in my second season and I signed ribery for 40m plus petrov. All the fans were excited at the arrival of ribery but after a couple of weeks i got a message saying ribery has tod the media he is not settling in the area!

And ever since this he has been playing like crap!!! Missed a penalty against chelsea in last min when it was 1-1 at home and always misses sitters. Hes now considering his options and wants to leave.
Is there anyway I can help him settle in???? Any suggestions???

Try buying someone who is on his favoured personel list.

or ask him for recommendations for backroom additions... does sometimes help (i think) if you have other players of the same nationality as him.

most of the players on his favoured personal list are not good enough. I bought zidane as a coach.

just make sure you do really well in the league, and at the end of the seasons he will say he likes things now etc........

But I guess at the end of the day if he isn;t happy, he isn't happy.

I'm sure there was a Real life example of this - maybe in the championship, where a player changed clubs stayed for a really short time, then went back to their original club.
