Patching PSP games is very rare and most likely costly to implement (as the game requires a full resubmission and re-testing both at the creators end but also Sony itself). As such the few titles which receive patches are generally those which are heavily backed by the console manufacturers themselves - that isn't to say its impossible that it might happen, but I'm trying to be honest and up front and say I don't think its incredibly likely, time will tell (as a developer its not a decision I'd be making myself).
