In my first season as Everton, I dropped Phil Neville, Tony Hibbert and Leon Osman from the team as I think they're rubbish. I also played a 4-4-2 instead of 4-5-1 that Moyes favours. Though I'm not sure I'd drop Phil Neville so quickly, I'd probably gradually ease him out of the squad.
