Strange issue with Windows 7 on FM 2010

Recommended Posts

OK, I now have Windows 7 installed in my laptop and installed Football Manager 2010. But the Sports Interactive user folder always duplicates every time. This issue was raised in the bugs forum but there is still no official explanation from SI over this issue. Anyone else facing the same problem on Windows 7? Now I have two SI folders. What is the solution to this problem?

This is not an FM10 issue, but more to do with how your Windows 7 is setup. To clear the duplicate folder, follow these instructions:

1) Open windows explorer to your Documents Library.

2) Click on the "2 locations" link to the right of "Includes" at the top of the screen.

3) Select the public folder entry, the second in the list I think, and click remove.

4) Click Ok, duplicate folder now does not show.

Finally a response! This method works! Thanks mate! :D
