If I sign a full time coach but only have part-time players, will the players be able to train with the full time coach or would I need to hire a part-time coach? I know that if they can train with the FT coach they wouldn't get the benefit of the training, but I am slowly moving some of my players onto full time contracts and dont want to have to hire a PT coach to cover them in the mean-time. It just means the FT coach has more time to train players than a PT coach would. Same with players obviously.
