10.1 " Club X Set their sight on another target"

I get this 99% of the times I try to sell/loan out a player with my game. Managed to get rid of only 1 player out of the dozen loan/transfer offers I have accepted for players in the whole transfer window (start of the game with arsenal). It happens with players I offer out myself for loan/transfer but also with clubs that come out of the blue with a loan or transfer offer. Then a few days later after they set their sight on another target they come back with the exact same offer. This will go on for at least 5-6 times.

Because of this I cant really loan out or sell players at all. Anyone else get this too?

Waiting for the next patch I guess because I really tend to stick with 1 long save game but not with a broken transfer system like this it would be horrible.
