Plus a couple more to scout around everywhere else in the world. You can usually find plenty of youngsters that way. Not all with the potential to be stars, but you will catch some. Picked up a Cypriot and Greek lad this summer for a pittance, both with 3 star potential for a side competing for European spots in the premiership which by my reckoning should put them over 150PA's. delboy69 Posted November 21, 2009 Share Posted November 21, 2009 Mexico was a good place to get promising youngsters on FM09, when I managed Tigres there most of my squad were under 21! and I won numerous trophies and sold a lot of them on to european clubs for a decent transfer fee. BigCisHere Posted November 21, 2009 Share Posted November 21, 2009 I found France and Germany were the places I found the most promising youngsters on FM08, Brazil always created hundreds of players every year, so at least a few of them were bound to be decent.
